2007 Fall Parties

Shady Brook Farm's PumpkinFest is the perfect setting for your child's Birthday Party! We offer parties during PumpkinFest on weekends starting Sept. 29 through Oct. 28, 2007. Please read through our PumpkinFest page for info. on included activities. Listed below is some general information. Please call 215-968-1670, Mon. - Fri. from 9 AM to 4 PM, to request a complete party brochure. Reservations must be made by phone and $100 non-refundable deposit must be received before reservations are confirmed.

Party Package Includes:

  • Reserved party area inside Festival Grounds for 1 hr. & 15 min. Party area consists of tent top with 4 wooden picnic tables. Each table seats 6 to 8 children.
  • PumpkinFest admission for entire day for up to 10 children, the Birthday Child and his/her parents.
  • Children's food package - Option 1 includes hot dog, chips, & juice box. Option 2 includes slice of pizza, chips, & juice box.
  • Party favors for guests, including a Baby Pam pumpkin.
  • Party Helper

Option 1 - $250
Option 2 - $275

Additional Information :

  • The Party Helper will assist you in the party area, deliver and serve your food, help clean up.
  • Bring your own cake, (plates, forks, cake knife & candles), or cupcakes.
  • No outside food, with the exception of cake, is permitted into the Festival area. Our full-service deli offers a wide selection of party trays, sandwiches, snacks, and beverages for your adult guests. (Not included in the Party Package).
  • All food orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance.
  • PumpkinFest hours are 11 am to 5 pm. The last hayride leaves promptly at 4 pm.
  • $7 admission fee required for everyone entering the Festival area.
