We’re excited to offer your organization a simple and fun way to raise money while giving your community a great deal on FallFest tickets at Shady Brook Farm!

Here’s How It Works:

• You'll register using this handy dandy form and then will complete our ACH enrollment form.
• You’ll receive a unique discount code exclusive to your organization.
• You'll share your code like glitter at a craft party - everywhere and it will be impossible to ignore!
• When your supporters use the code at checkout, they’ll get 10% off their individual ticket purchase.
• Your code will be active through October 30, 2024, at 7:00PM.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

Fundraising Commissions:

Once your code reaches 50 tickets sold, you can do a happy dance and your organization will begin earning!

• 50–150 tickets sold: Earn 10% back on all online ticket sales using your code
• 151+ tickets sold: Earn an additional 5% back (15% total!)

🎟️ Tickets must be purchased online at: https://shadybrookfarm.com/pages/fallfest The discount code must be entered at checkout in the Discount Code/Gift Card box.

Unfortunately, we cannot add the code retroactively or make adjustments after a ticket purchase is completed.

Payment Process:

To participate in the program and receive your fundraising payout, your organization must be enrolled in ACH direct deposit.

• We can no longer issue paper checks.
• The ACH account must be in the organization’s name — we cannot deposit funds into personal accounts.
• More information on how to set up ACH will be shared upon registration.

Terms & Conditions

• All tickets must be purchased online and your code must be entered at checkout to count toward your fundraiser. Discount codes will not be accepted at the ticket booth— no exceptions 
• Your Group must be able to sign up for ACH/Direct Deposit to be able to participate in this fundraiser - no exceptions
